This Agreement is a legal document between the user (hereinafter referred to as the "user") and the encrypted currency trading platform (hereinafter referred to as the "platform") relating to the rights and obligations of the use of encrypted currency services. 
Users are required to carefully read and agree to the full contents of this agreement before registering and using the services of the platform. 
I. Registration and account security. 
Users are required to provide true, accurate and complete personal information when registering, and to ensure that the identity documents and other proof materials provided are true, legal and valid. 
Users should take good care of their accounts and passwords and should not disclose their accounts and passwords to any third party. 
If users find that the account is being used without authorization or there are other security problems, they need to notify the platform immediately. 
Users should take full responsibility for the actions under their accounts and passwords. 
The platform does not bear any losses caused by the disclosure of users' accounts, password cracking or other security problems. 
II. Service content. 
The platform provides users with services such as cryptocurrency recharge, withdrawal, transaction and so on. 
The platform has the right to adjust or increase the types and forms of services according to changes in market demand, and users need to use services in accordance with the relevant provisions of the platform. 
III. Rights and obligations of users. 
Users have the right to recharge, withdraw and trade encrypted currencies on the platform. 
Users shall abide by the relevant provisions of national laws and regulations and the platform, and shall not use the platform to carry out any illegal activities, such as money laundering, illegal transactions, etc. 
Users shall follow the principle of good faith when conducting transactions and shall not manipulate the market price or interfere with the transaction order by any means. 
Users should take good care of their accounts and passwords and should not disclose their accounts and passwords to any third party. 
Users shall abide by the trading rules and policies of the platform. In case of violation of the regulations of the platform, the platform has the right to take appropriate measures, including but not limited to suspending or terminating the trading rights of users. 
Users should safeguard the reputation and interests of the platform and shall not engage in any behavior that harms the interests of the platform, such as deliberately spreading false information. 
IV. Risk hints. 
Users should have a clear understanding of the volatility and risk of the cryptocurrency market and bear all the risks that the transaction may bring. 
Users should make full risk assessment and self-judgment before carrying out encrypted currency transactions, if any losses caused by the transactions are borne by the users themselves. 
The platform does not bear any responsibility for the user's trading profits and losses and does not provide any guarantee or guarantee. 
V. intellectual property rights. 
The platform shall enjoy all the intellectual property rights covered in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the trademarks, logos, web design, data, etc. 
Users may not use or exploit the above intellectual property rights without the written permission of the platform. 
The comments and suggestions submitted by users on the platform shall be voluntarily granted the right to use the intellectual property rights related to the platform, and the platform has the right to use and modify the above content. 
VI. Exemption clause. 
The platform shall not bear any responsibility for any loss or risk caused by the user. 
The platform cannot guarantee that the service is completely free of errors, interruptions, delays, data loss and other problems, and does not bear any responsibility for any loss or liability arising therefrom. 
Users take full responsibility for their own actions and transaction results, and the platform does not bear any responsibility for users' actions and transaction results. 
Any loss or liability caused by the user in violation of this Agreement shall be borne by the user. 
VII. Modification and termination of the agreement. 
The platform has the right to modify the contents of this Agreement at any time and notify the user through the announcement of the platform. 
Users who continue to use the platform services are deemed to have agreed to and accepted the modified agreement. 
If the user violates the terms of this agreement, the platform has the right to suspend or terminate the user's account according to the specific circumstances. 
VIII. Application of law and settlement of disputes. 
The interpretation, enforcement and dispute settlement of this Agreement shall be governed by Singapore law. 
The dispute between the user and the platform due to this agreement shall be settled through consultation. If no agreement can be reached, a lawsuit shall be brought to the people's court where the platform is located. 
IX. Other provisions. 
The headings in this Agreement are for ease of reading only and shall not affect the interpretation and application of this Agreement. 
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or non-binding for any reason, the validity of other provisions shall not be affected. 
This agreement shall take effect upon registration and consent of the user, and shall be valid for all the time the user uses the platform services.
